From the main entrance of Seneca Creek State Park, head south on MD-355 S (Frederick Road) for about 8 miles until you reach the intersection with I-270. Merge onto I-270 S and continue for approximately 6 miles. Take exit 1B to merge onto I-495 E (Capital Beltway) toward Baltimore. After about 4 miles, take exit 43 toward MD-185 N (Connecticut Avenue). Continue on MD-185 N for about 3 miles, then turn left onto P Street NW. Rose Park will be on your right at 2459 P St NW, Washington, DC 20007.

From Seneca Creek State Park, you can take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest Metro station, which is the Shady Grove Metro Station. Once there, board the Red Line train toward Glenmont. After 12 stops, get off at Dupont Circle Station. Exit the station and walk west on Q Street NW, then turn right onto 20th Street NW. Continue straight for 0.5 miles until you reach P Street NW, then turn left. Rose Park will be on your right at 2459 P St NW, Washington, DC 20007.
