Getting There

• Metro

  Start by walking to the Silver Spring Metro Station, which is located at 8400 Colesville Rd. From the station, take the Red Line toward Glenmont. Ride for about 10 stops and get off at the Charles Center Station. Once you exit the train, follow the signs to the Light RailLink. Transfer to the Light RailLink and catch the train heading to Hunt Valley. After about 10 minutes, alight at the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, it's a short walk to the National Aquarium at 501 E Pratt St, which should take you around 10 minutes.

• Bus

  From your current location in Silver Spring, head to the nearest bus stop and board the Metrobus Z2 route towards the Greenbelt Metro Station. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the Baltimore Arena stop. After disembarking, walk about 5 minutes towards the Inner Harbor, and you'll find the National Aquarium at 501 E Pratt St.

• Ride-Sharing

  Use a ride-sharing app like Uber or Lyft. Enter 'National Aquarium, 501 E Pratt St, Baltimore, MD 21202' as your destination. Depending on traffic, the ride from Silver Spring should take around 30-40 minutes. Make sure to confirm your driver is taking you to the correct address before getting in.

• Train

  Head to the Silver Spring Train Station located at 8100 Georgia Ave. Board an Amtrak or MARC train heading to Baltimore Penn Station. The journey will take about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Baltimore Penn Station, take the Light RailLink towards Hunt Valley and get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk to the National Aquarium at 501 E Pratt St.
