From the station, board the Red Line train towards Glenmont. Travel for two stops and get off at the Forest Glen Metro Station. After exiting the train, take the stairs or elevator to the surface level. Upon exiting the station, walk east on Forest Glen Road for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Linden Lane. Turn left onto Linden Lane, and continue walking for another 0.3 miles. The National Museum of Health and Medicine will be on your right at 2500 Linden Ln.

    If you are already in Silver Spring and prefer to walk, start from the Silver Spring Civic Building located at 1 Veterans Plaza, Silver Spring, MD 20910.
