If you are near the Silver Spring Metro Station, exit the station and head northwest on Colesville Rd toward the intersection with Georgia Ave. At the intersection, turn left onto Georgia Ave. Continue walking for about half a mile. You will pass various shops and eateries. Keep an eye out for the entrance to Woodside Urban Park on your right at 8800 Georgia Ave. The park has a visible sign and is near several residential buildings.

You can also take the Ride On Bus. From the Silver Spring Metro Station, look for the bus stop located near the station. Board the Ride On Bus Route 16 or 17 heading toward Olney or the Route 10 toward Glenmont. Stay on the bus for about 5-10 minutes and get off at the Georgia Ave & Woodside Dr stop. From there, walk southeast on Georgia Ave for a short distance, and you will find the entrance to Woodside Urban Park at 8800 Georgia Ave on your left.
