Metro
Start at the Silver Spring Metro Station (located at 8400 Colesville Rd, Silver Spring, MD). Take the Red Line towards Glenmont. After 12 stops, get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, transfer to the Light RailLink at the Baltimore Arena Light Rail station. Take the Light Rail towards Hunt Valley and get off at the Baltimore - Camden Yards stop. Exit the station and walk towards the waterfront for about 10 minutes until you reach Pier 3, where the USCG Lightship Chesapeake is located.

From the Silver Spring Transit Center (located at 8100 Fenton St, Silver Spring, MD), take the Metrobus Route 17 towards Baltimore. Stay on the bus for about 45 minutes until you reach the Baltimore City Hall stop. From there, walk for about 15 minutes east towards the Inner Harbor, following the signs to Pier 3. The USCG Lightship Chesapeake will be on your right.

If you're staying in central Silver Spring, you can walk to the Silver Spring Metro Station (about 10-15 minutes). From the station, follow the Metro directions provided above.
