Metro
From Silver Spring Metro Station, take the Red Line train towards Glenmont. Ride for about 6 stops until you reach the Gallery Place-Chinatown station. Transfer to the Yellow Line towards Mount Vernon Square. Ride for 2 stops and get off at L'Enfant Plaza. Once you exit the station, follow the signs to the National Mall, and then head towards the Tidal Basin. The Thomas Jefferson Memorial will be on your right at 16 E Basin Dr SW.

Catch the Metrobus Z2 or Z6 at the Silver Spring Transit Center. Stay on the bus for approximately 25 minutes, and get off at the stop for the National Mall. From there, walk towards the Tidal Basin, and the Thomas Jefferson Memorial will be located at 16 E Basin Dr SW.

If you are staying in the downtown Silver Spring area, you can walk to the Silver Spring Metro Station, then take the Metro as described above.
