To reach The Walters Art Museum from central Towson, start by heading to the Towson Town Center Bus Stop located at 825 Dulaney Valley Rd. Take the MTA Light RailLink from the Towson stop heading towards Baltimore Arena. Stay on the train for about 30 minutes, and get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. From the Arena stop, walk to the west towards S Howard St, then turn right onto E Baltimore St. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with N Charles St. The Walters Art Museum will be on your left at 600 N Charles St.

If you find yourself near Towson University, walk down Osler Dr towards the intersection with York Rd. Turn right onto York Rd and head south until you reach the intersection with E. Joppa Rd. Here, you will find a bus stop. Take the MTA Bus 8 towards Baltimore. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, walk west along E Baltimore St until you reach N Charles St, then turn left. The Walters Art Museum will be located on your left at 600 N Charles St.
