Car
From Hyannis, take US-6 E (Mid-Cape Highway) towards Barnstable. Follow the signs for Cape Cod National Seashore. Continue on US-6 E for approximately 15 miles. Take the exit toward MA-6A N. After exiting, follow MA-6A N for about 2 miles until you reach the entrance to Cape Cod National Seashore, which will be on your right.
Public Transportation
From Hyannis, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus #1 towards Provincetown. This bus will take you along the Mid-Cape Highway. You should get off at the 'Cape Cod National Seashore' stop, which is near the entrance. Be sure to check the bus schedule for times, as they may vary.

If you are in Provincetown, head south on Commercial Street toward Conwell Street. Turn left onto MA-6 W. Continue on MA-6 W for about 12 miles. Look for signs for Cape Cod National Seashore; the entrance will be on your left.

From Falmouth, take MA-28 N toward Barnstable. Merge onto US-6 E (Mid-Cape Highway) and continue for approximately 10 miles. Take the exit toward MA-6A N, then follow MA-6A N for 2 miles to reach the entrance of Cape Cod National Seashore on your right.
