Get off at the stop near the Plymouth Town Hall. From the Town Hall, walk north on Main Street for about 10 minutes until you reach School Street. Turn right onto School Street and continue walking for another 5 minutes to reach Burial Hill.

Rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Barnstable. Head northeast on Main Street, following the bike lane. Continue on Main Street until you reach the intersection with Route 6A. Turn left onto Route 6A and follow it for about 5 miles. Look for the signs directing you to Plymouth. Once you reach Plymouth, follow the signs to Plymouth Town Center, then take a left onto School Street. Burial Hill will be on your right.

If you're near Barnstable Village, start by walking to the Barnstable Town Hall. From there, head east on Main Street toward Route 6A. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 3. Cross Route 3 and follow the signs toward Plymouth. After about a mile of walking, you will enter Plymouth. Continue straight until you arrive at School Street, then turn left to reach Burial Hill, which will be on your right.
