From Barnstable, head to the Barnstable Village Bus Station located at 2151 Main St. Take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus route 1 towards Hyannis. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the Hyannis Transportation Center. Transfer to the CCRTA bus route 3 towards Plymouth and stay on for approximately 45 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to 6 Spring Ln, Plymouth, MA. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the Plimoth Grist Mill located at 6 Spring Ln.
