At this point, you can catch a local bus going to Plymouth, which will take you closer to your destination. The bus will take you to the nearest stop on Route 3, from there, you can walk to Plymouth Bay Winery.

From Commercial Street in Provincetown, catch the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority bus service (often referred to as the 'Flex') heading towards Hyannis. Inform the driver that you need to get off at the Plymouth stop. Once you arrive in Plymouth, head towards Water Street. Walk down Water Street, and you will find Plymouth Bay Winery located at Rear Building, 114 Water St.
