Take the Route 1 bus towards Sandwich. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the Sandwich Town Hall stop. From there, walk east on Main Street for about 0.3 miles, and the Sandwich Glass Museum will be on your left at 129 Main St.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bike from one of the local rental shops in Barnstable. Start at the Barnstable Village and head west on Main Street. Follow Main Street as it curves into Route 6A. Continue on Route 6A for approximately 6 miles. You will reach Sandwich, and once in the town, turn onto Main Street. The Sandwich Glass Museum is located at 129 Main St, which will be on your right.
