From the center of Provincetown, head south on Commercial Street towards Ryder Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Court Street. Turn left onto Court Street and walk until you reach Bradford Street. Turn right onto Bradford Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Shank Painter Road. Turn left onto Shank Painter Road. Follow Shank Painter Road until you reach Route 6. Here, you can catch a local bus heading towards Sandwich. The bus will take you towards Sandwich, and you will want to get off at a stop near the Sandwich Boardwalk. From the bus stop, walk towards Wood Avenue, and you will find the Sandwich Boardwalk at 103 Wood Ave.

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the rental shops in Provincetown. Start by heading south on Commercial Street, then turn left onto Court Street. Continue on Court Street until you reach Bradford Street. Turn right on Bradford Street and cycle until you reach Shank Painter Road. Turn left onto Shank Painter Road and follow it until you reach Route 6. Once you reach Route 6, you can follow the bike path to Sandwich.
