Turn left onto Route 6A, and then follow it for approximately 3 miles. Look for Sandy Neck Road on your right. Turn onto Sandy Neck Road and follow it until you reach the entrance of Sandy Neck Preserve.

Once in Hyannis, transfer to the Route 2 bus heading towards West Barnstable. Get off at the stop closest to Sandy Neck Road. Walk down Sandy Neck Road until you reach the preserve entrance.
