Turn onto Sandy Neck Road and follow it until you reach the entrance of Sandy Neck Preserve.

Once in Hyannis, transfer to the Route 2 bus heading towards West Barnstable. Get off at the stop closest to Sandy Neck Road. Walk down Sandy Neck Road until you reach the preserve entrance.
