If you are driving, start on I-95 N or I-295 N towards Lincoln, RI. Take exit 10 for RI-116 N toward Cumberland/Lincoln. Merge onto RI-116 N, then turn left onto Lower River Rd. Follow Lower River Rd for approximately 1 mile, and you will arrive at Blackstone River State Park on your right. Parking is available on-site, and there is no entry fee for the park.

For public transportation, you can take the RIPTA bus #64 which services the area. Board the bus in downtown Providence, RI, and ride towards Lincoln, RI. You will need to get off at the closest stop to Lower River Rd. From there, it is approximately a 0.5-mile walk north along Lower River Rd to reach Blackstone River State Park. Be sure to check the RIPTA schedule for exact timings as they may vary.
