Getting There

• Public Transit - Subway

  If you're starting at Park Street Station, take the Red Line inbound towards Ashmont/Braintree. After two stops, transfer at Downtown Crossing to the Orange Line towards Haymarket. Get off at Haymarket Station and walk about 10 minutes to the park. Exit the station and head north on Hanover Street, then take a left onto Atlantic Avenue. Continue walking until you reach the park.

• Public Transit - Bus

  From the Boston Common, you can catch the #9 bus towards the North Station. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the Atlantic Avenue stop. From there, walk a short distance down Atlantic Avenue, and you'll find Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park on your right.

• Walking

  If you're near the North End, it's a lovely walk to the park. Start at the intersection of Hanover Street and Salem Street, then walk south on Hanover Street until you reach Atlantic Avenue. Turn left onto Atlantic Avenue, and continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach the park.

• Water Taxi

  If you're near the Boston Harbor, consider taking a water taxi to reach the park. Water taxis operate from various points around the harbor, including Long Wharf and the North End. Ask the operator for a drop-off at Christopher Columbus Waterfront Park, which is conveniently located along the waterfront.
