    Train

    From Boston, head to North Station and take the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) commuter rail on the Newburyport/Rockport Line towards Salem. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Salem station, exit the train and walk towards the left on Washington Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Derby Street. Turn right on Derby Street and walk for about 10 minutes until you reach 159 Derby St, the Salem Arts Association.

    Bus

    From Downtown Boston, you can take the MBTA bus route 450 or 451 from the Haymarket bus terminal towards Salem. The bus ride will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you alight at the Salem Common stop, walk south on Essex Street until you reach Derby Street. Turn left on Derby Street and walk for about 5 minutes until you arrive at 159 Derby St, the Salem Arts Association.

    Ferry

    Take the ferry from Boston to Salem. Start at Long Wharf, where you can board the Salem Ferry, which operates during the warmer months (check the schedule in advance). The ferry ride takes about 50 minutes. When you arrive at the Salem Ferry Terminal, exit and follow the signs towards downtown. Walk along the waterfront to Derby Street, then turn left and walk about 5 minutes to reach 159 Derby St, the Salem Arts Association.

    If you are already in downtown Salem, the Salem Arts Association at 159 Derby St is easily accessible on foot. From the Salem Common, head southeast on Washington Street.
