If you're starting from the Fenway Park area, make your way to Jersey Street. Head east on Boylston Street until you reach the intersection with Brookline Avenue. Turn left onto Brookline Avenue. Walk straight until you reach the entrance of Fenway Park, which will be on your left. The Green Monster is located at 4 Jersey St, right inside Fenway Park. You may need to purchase a ticket to enter the park and access the Green Monster seating area.

If you are near the Kenmore station, take the Green Line (B or C branch) towards Boston College or Cleveland Circle. Get off at Kenmore Station. From there, walk towards Brookline Avenue. Turn right onto Brookline Avenue and head towards the intersection with Jersey Street. Turn left onto Jersey Street to reach the entrance of Fenway Park. Note that you will need to purchase a ticket for entry into the park to reach the Green Monster.
