Getting There

• Subway

  If you are near a subway station, take the Red Line towards Alewife. Get off at the Park Street Station. Once you exit the station, head towards the Boston Common and take a right onto Tremont Street. Continue straight for about 0.3 miles until you reach School Street. Turn left onto School Street, and Boston's Old City Hall will be on your right at 45 School St.

• Bus

  Find a nearby bus stop and take the #43 or #55 bus towards Downtown Crossing. Get off at the Downtown Crossing stop. From the bus stop, walk northeast towards Washington Street. Turn right onto Washington Street and continue until you reach School Street. Turn left onto School Street, and Boston's Old City Hall will be at 45 School St on your right.

• Walking

  If you're already in the Downtown area, you can easily walk to Boston's Old City Hall. Start at the Boston Common and head towards Tremont Street. Walk straight along Tremont Street for about 0.3 miles, then turn left onto School Street. Continue on School Street, and you will see Boston's Old City Hall located at 45 School St on your right.
