Getting There

• Subway

  If you're starting from downtown Boston, head to the nearest subway station, which is Park Street Station. Take the Red Line inbound towards Alewife. Stay on the train for about 10 minutes and get off at Kendall/MIT Station. After exiting the station, walk south on Broadway Street until you reach the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Harvard Bridge, which is just a short walk away.

• Bus

  From Boston Common, walk to the nearest bus stop on Tremont Street. Take the #47 bus towards Alewife Station. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the stop for the Massachusetts Ave & Albany St. intersection. From there, it's a brief walk to the Massachusetts Ave & Harvard Bridge area.

• Walking

  If you are near the Boston University area, you can simply walk to Massachusetts Avenue. Head north on Commonwealth Avenue, then turn left onto Massachusetts Avenue. Continue walking for about 20 minutes; you will cross the Harvard Bridge, and you will arrive at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Harvard Bridge.

• Biking

  If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a Bluebike from one of the many rental stations around Boston. Head towards the Charles River Esplanade and follow the bike path along the river. This scenic route will lead you directly to the Harvard Bridge. Once you reach the bridge, you'll find the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Harvard Bridge at the end of the crossing.
