    From the Seaport District, you can take the MBTA bus Route 9. Head to the nearest bus stop on Seaport Boulevard. Board the bus heading towards the South Station. After about 10 stops, get off at the stop for Congress Street. The Boston Children's Museum will be a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
