Car
If you are traveling by car, take I-95 N from any location in Bristol County. Merge onto I-93 N toward Boston. Take exit 2B for US-1 N toward Milton. Continue on US-1 N and merge onto MA-28 N/Canton Ave. Follow Canton Ave for about 3 miles, and you will see the Blue Hills Trailside Museum on your left at 1904 Canton Ave, Milton, MA 02186. There is parking available on site.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start by taking the MBTA's commuter rail from any station in Bristol County to the South Station in Boston. From South Station, transfer to the Red Line subway towards Ashmont. Get off at the Ashmont Station and transfer to the Mattapan Trolley. Ride the trolley to the Milton Station. From there, you can either walk approximately 1.5 miles along Canton Ave or take a local taxi to reach the museum. Make sure to check the MBTA schedule for the latest updates and possible fare costs.
