Bus
From Brockton, head to the Brockton bus terminal located at 1-17 Main Street. Take the MBTA bus route 14 towards Ashmont Station. Ride the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach Ashmont Station. At Ashmont, transfer to the Red Line subway towards Alewife. Ride the subway for about 40 minutes until you arrive at the Downtown Crossing station. Exit the station, and you will find yourself in Downtown Crossing, Boston.
Train
Make your way to the Brockton MBTA Rail station located at 1-17 Main Street. Board the MBTA commuter rail on the Middleborough/Lakeville Line. After a 30-minute ride, get off at South Station in Boston. From South Station, you can either walk for about 10 minutes, or take the Orange Line subway from South Station to Haymarket Station, then transfer to the Green Line to get to Downtown Crossing.
Walking
If you are already in central Brockton, you can walk to the Brockton bus terminal at 1-17 Main Street and then follow the bus route as described above. Alternatively, if you prefer to explore on foot, head towards the MBTA train station, and follow the train instructions. Note that this will take longer, so plan accordingly.
Bicycle
If you're comfortable biking, you can rent a bike and cycle to the Brockton train station or bus terminal. Once there, follow the public transport options as mentioned above. Note that biking in Boston can be challenging due to traffic, so be cautious.
