From the Brockton MBTA station, take the #14 bus towards 'Providence'. This bus will take you directly to Providence. After approximately 30-40 minutes, get off at the 'Smith Street' stop. Once you get off, walk two blocks northwest on Smith Street, and you'll find the Rhode Island State House at 82 Smith St, Providence, RI 02903.
Train
Start at the Brockton MBTA station and take the train on the 'Commuter Rail' to 'South Station' in Boston. From South Station, transfer to the 'MBTA' train towards 'Providence'. Get off at the 'Providence' station. From the Providence station, take the #14 bus towards 'Smith Street'. After about 10 minutes, disembark at the 'Smith Street' stop and walk two blocks northwest to reach the Rhode Island State House located at 82 Smith St, Providence, RI 02903.
