    To reach the USS Cassin Young located at 793 3rd St, Boston, MA 02129 by car, start from downtown Cape Ann. Head east on Main St, then take a left onto Route 128 North. Continue on Route 128 for about 15 miles until it merges with I-95 South. Take exit 20B to merge onto I-93 North toward Boston. Stay on I-93 North for approximately 5 miles. Take exit 23 toward South Station. Keep left at the fork, follow signs for Purchase St and merge onto Purchase St. Continue straight onto Congress St, then turn right onto Atlantic Ave. Finally, turn left onto 3rd St, and the USS Cassin Young will be on your left. The total drive should take around 40 minutes, depending on traffic.

    To visit the USS Cassin Young via public transportation from Cape Ann, first, take the MBTA's Cape Ann Bus (Route 441) from Gloucester to the Alewife Station. From Alewife take the Alewife to Alewife subway line to Park St Station. At Park St, transfer to the Red Line towards Ashmont/Braintree and get off at South Station. From South Station, you can take the Silver Line (SL1) to the World Trade Center stop. Walk east on Seaport Blvd toward 3rd St, then turn right onto 3rd St. The USS Cassin Young will be on your right. The entire journey may take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on connections and wait times.
