Car
If you are driving, start from downtown Gloucester. Head east on Main Street towards the waterfront. Continue onto East Main Street, which will turn into Eastern Point Boulevard. Follow Eastern Point Boulevard for about 1.5 miles. You will reach a parking area near the lighthouse. Note that the road to the lighthouse may be restricted, so check for any signs regarding access and parking.

If you prefer public transportation, take the Cape Ann Transportation Authority (CATA) bus from downtown Gloucester. Board the bus at the Gloucester Depot and take the Route 1 bus towards Rockport. Get off at the stop near East Main Street. From there, it is about a 20-minute walk to the lighthouse. Walk east on East Main Street until you reach Eastern Point Boulevard, then continue straight to the lighthouse area. Be aware that the bus fare is approximately $2.00 one way.
