For example, if you're in Rockport, take MA-127 S towards Gloucester. Continue on MA-127 S until you reach Western Avenue. Turn right onto Western Avenue, and the park entrance will be on your left at 481 Western Ave, Gloucester, MA 01930. Look for the parking area which is free of charge.
Public Transportation
If you're using public transportation, take the Cape Ann Transportation Authority (CATA) bus service. Check the CATA schedule for the latest routes. From Rockport, take the Route 1 bus to Gloucester. Once in Gloucester, get off at the stop nearest to Western Avenue. From there, it will be a short walk to Ravenswood Park. Please note that a fare is required for the bus, which is usually around $1.00 per ride.
Walking
For those who are nearby and prefer to walk, Ravenswood Park is accessible by foot from various locations in Gloucester. If you are at downtown Gloucester, head northwest on Main Street, which will become Western Avenue. Continue walking on Western Avenue for about 1.5 miles until you reach the entrance of Ravenswood Park at 481 Western Ave, Gloucester, MA 01930.
