If you are driving, head towards Hyannis via Route 6. Take exit 6 for Route 132 toward Hyannis. Continue on Route 132 until you reach the intersection with Iyannough Rd (Route 28). Turn left onto Iyannough Rd and follow it to the end, where it merges into Main St. Continue straight until you reach Ocean Ave. Turn right onto Ocean Ave and Keyes Memorial Beach will be on your left at 108 Ocean Ave. There is parking available, but note that there may be a fee during peak season.

To reach Keyes Memorial Beach via public transportation, you can take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus service. Look for the bus route that stops in Hyannis. The 'Route 1: Barnstable Village to Hyannis' will take you to Main Street in Hyannis. Once you arrive, you will need to transfer to the local 'Trolley' service that runs along the waterfront.
