If you are driving, start by heading towards Falmouth, MA. From Route 28, take the exit towards Woods Hole. Follow Woods Hole Road until it becomes Water Street. Continue straight onto Eel Pond Road, then take a left onto The Knob Road. Follow the road to the end where you will find a parking area. Note that parking is free.
Public Transportation
To reach The Knob via public transportation, you can take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus service. Board the 'Falmouth Bus' from various locations in Cape Cod that connect to Falmouth. Disembark at the Woods Hole stop. From there, it’s about a 1-mile walk to The Knob. Follow the signs towards Woods Hole Road, then turn left onto The Knob Road. Please check the CCRTA schedule for bus times as they may vary.

If you are already in the Woods Hole area, The Knob is accessible by foot. Start from the center of Woods Hole and head towards Eel Pond. Follow the path that leads to The Knob, which will take you through a scenic wooded area. It is approximately a 20-minute walk.
