If you are starting from Vineyard Haven ferry terminal, exit the terminal and head northwest on Main St. Continue for about 0.2 miles until you reach the intersection with State Rd. Turn right onto State Rd and walk for approximately 0.5 miles. Look for Lamberts Cove Rd on your left. Turn onto Lamberts Cove Rd and continue walking for about 1 mile. Hoft Farm Preserve will be located on your left at 74 Lamberts Cove Rd.
