Continue walking straight for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and keep walking straight. The Massachusetts Air & Space Museum will be on your left side at 438 Main St, Hyannis, MA 02601.

    From the Hyannis Transportation Center, take the Barnstable Town Trolley (Route 1). Board the trolley and stay on it for about 10 minutes. Request a stop at the Main Street and Hyannis Village intersection. After getting off, walk east on Main Street for about 0.2 miles. The Massachusetts Air & Space Museum will be on your left at 438 Main St, Hyannis, MA 02601.
