After approximately 25 miles, take exit 13 for I-495 N toward Marlborough. Continue on I-495 N for about 10 miles and take exit 22 for MA-135 E toward Ashland. Turn left onto MA-135 E and continue for about 1.5 miles. Turn right onto W Union St, and after about 0.3 miles, you will arrive at Ashland State Park, located at 156 W Union St, Ashland, MA 01721. Parking is available at the park. Note: There may be tolls on your route.
