Take I-90 E towards Boston for about 30 miles. Take exit 14 towards Newton/Waltham and merge onto I-95 N. Continue on I-95 N and take exit 26 for US-20 W toward Waltham. Follow US-20 W until you reach Lyman St. Turn left onto Lyman St and continue straight until you reach the Lyman Estate at 185 Lyman St, Waltham, MA 02452.
