To reach Wasque Point Wildlife Management Area by car, start from Edgartown. Head south on Main Street toward the Martha's Vineyard Museum. Continue on Main Street, which will turn into Edgartown-West Tisbury Road (MA-25). After about 4 miles, turn right onto Dike Road. Follow Dike Road for about 1 mile until you reach the parking area for Wasque Point Wildlife Management Area. Note that parking may be limited, especially during peak tourist seasons.

If you are using public transportation, take the VTA (Vineyard Transit Authority) bus service to Edgartown. Once you are in Edgartown, you can transfer to the VTA Route 1 bus, which can take you to the nearest stop to Dike Road. From the bus stop, it is about a 20-minute walk to Wasque Point Wildlife Management Area. Be sure to check the VTA schedule for bus times and plan accordingly. There is typically a small fee for the bus, so have cash or a transit pass ready.
