    Walking

    From the Gloucester Visitor Center located at 24 Harbor Loop, head south on Harbor Loop. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rogers Street. Turn left onto Rogers Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and continue walking straight. After about 0.5 miles, follow the signs directing you to Rockport. You will pass through picturesque neighborhoods and may spot the scenic coastline. Continue straight until you reach the Rockport train station. From there, take the MBTA train towards Rockport. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Rockport Station, exit and walk down to Bearskin Neck, which is a short 5-minute walk straight from the station.

    From the Gloucester downtown area, head towards the nearest bus stop at 4 Railroad Ave, which is close to the Gloucester commuter rail station. Take the Cape Ann Transportation Authority (CATA) bus route 440 towards Rockport. The bus ride will take approximately 25 minutes. Once you reach the Rockport stop, disembark and head south on Main Street. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach Bearskin Neck, which will be on your left.
