Walking

From downtown Gloucester, head towards the waterfront on Main Street. Walk north until you reach the intersection with Harbor Loop. Turn right onto Harbor Loop and continue until you reach the end of the loop. You will see a sign for Eastern Point Lighthouse. Follow the path along the water, and you'll arrive at the lighthouse in about 25 minutes.
Public Transit (Bus)

Catch the Cape Ann Transit Authority bus #1 (towards the 'Eastern Point' route) from the Gloucester City Hall bus stop. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Eastern Point' stop. From there, it’s a short 5-minute walk to the lighthouse. Follow the signs leading to Eastern Point Lighthouse.
Biking

If you have access to a bike, start from downtown Gloucester and head down Main Street towards the waterfront. Continue on the bike path along the water, past the Fishermen's Memorial. After about 1.5 miles, you'll reach the entrance of the Eastern Point Lighthouse area. Lock your bike at the designated bike rack near the lighthouse.
