From downtown Gloucester, head to the nearest bus stop at 4 Railroad Ave. You can take the Cape Ann Transportation Authority bus Route 8 towards Newburyport. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and then get off at the stop near the intersection of Route 1A and Ocean Blvd. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk to Odiorne Point State Park. Head east on Ocean Blvd, then take a right onto Odiorne Point State Park Road, and you will arrive at the entrance to the park.

Start by heading southeast on Washington St. towards the harbor, then take a left onto Main St. Follow Main St. until it turns into Atlantic Rd. Continue straight until you reach Route 1A.
