Public Bus

From Gloucester, take the MBTA commuter rail from Gloucester Station to North Station in Boston. Once at North Station, transfer to the Orange Line subway towards Oak Grove. Get off at Haymarket Station and transfer to the Green Line (C or D branch) towards Riverside or Kenmore. Get off at the Copley Station. From there, walk east on Boylston Street for about 5 minutes until you reach 645 Boylston St, where the Old South Church is located.
Train and Subway

Start at Gloucester Station and take the MBTA commuter rail towards Boston. Get off at the Back Bay Station. Exit the station and walk east on Boylston Street for about 10 minutes. You will find the Old South Church at 645 Boylston St on your right.
Walking

If you are in downtown Gloucester, head south towards Washington Street. From there, take a left onto Pleasant Street and continue until it turns into Main Street. Follow Main Street as it curves to the right and turns into the Boulevard. Continue straight until you reach the MBTA commuter rail station. Take the commuter rail towards Boston and follow the train instructions above to reach Old South Church.
