If you are downtown Gloucester, head east on Main Street towards the harbor. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street and walk for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Gloucester Fishermen's Memorial. From there, you can follow the waterfront until you reach the train station area, where you can catch a bus to Boston. The bus ride will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Boston, follow the signs to the Downtown Crossing area, then walk to 30 School St, which is just a few minutes' walk from the train station.
Public Transit - Bus
From the Gloucester commuter rail station, take the MBTA train towards North Station. Get off at the North Station stop and transfer to the Orange Line subway. Take the Orange Line towards Forest Hills and get off at Haymarket Station. From Haymarket, walk southeast on Blackstone Street until you reach the intersection with School Street. Turn left onto School Street, and the Innovation Trail at 30 School St will be located on your right.
