Walking
If you are in the downtown area of Gloucester, head towards Main Street. Walk south until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street and continue until you reach the bus stop at the intersection with Route 128. Take the MBTA bus #67 towards the Alewife Station. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Downtown Crossing stop in Boston. From there, walk east on Washington Street until you reach the intersection with State Street. Turn right onto State Street, and you will find the Boston Massacre Site at the corner of State and Congress Street.
Public Transit
From Gloucester, you can take the MBTA train from the Gloucester Station to North Station in Boston. Board the train on the Rockport Line. Once you arrive at North Station, transfer to the Green Line subway (C or E train) towards Government Center. Get off at Government Center and transfer to the Blue Line towards Bowdoin. Get off at the State Street stop. From there, walk two blocks east on State Street towards Congress Street. The Boston Massacre Site will be at the corner of State and Congress Street.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Gloucester. Start by heading south on Main Street, then take a right onto Washington Street. Follow Washington until you reach Route 128. Follow signs for the bike path leading to the train station. Ride along the path to the train station and board the Rockport Line towards North Station in Boston. Once in Boston, you can bike from North Station to the Boston Massacre Site by heading southeast along the waterfront, following Atlantic Avenue to State Street.
