    From the center of Gloucester, head south on Main Street towards the harbor. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the intersection with Washington Street. Turn left onto Washington Street and continue walking until you reach the bus station. From there, take the MBTA bus towards Boston. Once you arrive in Boston, disembark at the Downtown Crossing stop. From the bus stop, head east on Washington Street until you reach the intersection with Charles Street, where your destination is located. Charles Street will be on your right.
