Car
To reach Castle Island by car, start by navigating to Boston. If you are coming from downtown Boston, take I-93 South. Continue on I-93 South for about 2 miles, then take Exit 15 for the South Boston/Seaport Blvd. Merge onto South Boston Bypass Road and follow it until it turns into William J Day Boulevard. Continue straight for about 2 miles until you reach Castle Island, located at 2010 William J Day Blvd, Boston, MA 02127. There is free parking available at the site.

Public Transportation (MBTA)
If you prefer to use public transportation, take the MBTA subway (the 'T') to Andrew Station on the Red Line. Once you arrive at Andrew Station, exit and walk to the bus stop for the #9 bus towards City Point. Board the #9 bus and stay on it for about 10 minutes until you reach the stop at William J Day Blvd. From there, it is a short walk to Castle Island, located at 2010 William J Day Blvd, Boston, MA 02127. A one-way fare on the MBTA is $2.40.

Depending on your location, navigate towards William J Day Blvd. From the Broadway Station (on the Red Line), it's about a 1.5-mile walk. Head east on Broadway and turn left onto Day Blvd. Follow Day Blvd directly to Castle Island, which will be on your left. This scenic walk will take around 30 minutes.
