Walking
From the center of Hyannis, head southeast on Main Street toward Ocean Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 28. Turn left onto Route 28 and follow the signs for Edgartown. After approximately 10 miles, you will reach Edgartown. Once in Edgartown, continue on Main Street, and you will see the Vincent House Museum located at 99 Main St on your right.

Start at the Hyannis Transportation Center located at 215 Iyannough Road. Take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus service (Route 1) heading towards Edgartown. The bus will take you directly to Edgartown. Once you arrive at the Edgartown bus stop, walk along Main Street for about 5 minutes, and the Vincent House Museum will be located at 99 Main St on your left.
