    Walking

    If you're starting from the Lowell Downtown area, head south on Merrimack Street toward the intersection with Central Street. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Dutton Street. Turn left onto Dutton Street and follow it until you reach the Lowell Transportation Center. At the Transportation Center, take the MBTA Commuter Rail to Boston. Upon arrival at the North Station in Boston, exit the station and head toward the Haymarket area. From there, you can walk to Chinatown by heading southeast on Blackstone Street, then turn left onto Hanover Street, and continue until you reach the intersection with Beach Street, where Chinatown will be located.

    Bus

    From the Lowell Downtown area, walk to the nearest bus stop at Merrimack and Central Streets. Take the LRTA bus number 1 (Lowell to Billerica) towards Billerica. Get off at the last stop, which is the Lowell Transportation Center. From there, take the commuter rail to Boston. Once you arrive at North Station in Boston, take the Orange Line subway from Haymarket Station towards Forest Hills. Get off at Haymarket Station, then exit and walk southeast on Blackstone Street, turn left onto Hanover Street, and continue until you reach Beach Street to enter Chinatown.

    Train

    Begin your journey at the Lowell Train Station located on Thorndike Street. Board the MBTA Commuter Rail on the Lowell Line towards Boston. The train will take you directly to North Station in Boston. From North Station, head towards Haymarket. Follow the signs for Haymarket Square and exit. Walk southeast on Blackstone Street, then turn left onto Hanover Street, continuing until you reach Beach Street to find yourself in Chinatown.
