From the Lowell City Hall, head southeast on Merrimack St toward Dutton St. Continue walking straight for about 0.3 miles until you reach the intersection with Pawtucket Blvd. Turn left on Pawtucket Blvd and follow it until you reach the end of the road. Here, you can catch the MBTA bus #350 towards Salem. Ride the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the Salem stop. From the bus stop, walk 0.5 miles east on Derby St until you arrive at the Custom House located at 176 Derby St, Salem, MA 01970.

From the Lowell Connector, take the MBTA train from Lowell Station to North Station in Boston. This journey takes approximately 35 minutes. Once you arrive at North Station, transfer to the Orange Line subway and take it to Haymarket station. At Haymarket, transfer to the Green Line and take the train towards the Government Center. Get off at Park Street and transfer to the Red Line towards Ashmont. Get off at Alewife. Once at Alewife, catch the MBTA bus #350 towards Salem. After about 30 minutes, get off at the Salem stop. Walk 0.5 miles east on Derby St to reach the Custom House at 176 Derby St, Salem, MA 01970.
