From Lowell, head to the Lowell Transit Authority (LTC) bus station and take the 350 bus towards Alewife Station. Ride for about 30 minutes and get off at the 'Haymarket' stop. From there, walk south on Blackstone Street, then take a left onto Hanover Street. Continue on Hanover Street until you reach the waterfront. The New England Aquarium will be straight ahead at 1 Central Wharf.
