From Lowell, head to the Lowell Transit Authority (LTC) bus station and take the 350 bus towards Alewife Station. Ride for about 30 minutes and get off at the 'Haymarket' stop. From there, walk south on Blackstone Street, then take a left onto Hanover Street. Continue on Hanover Street until you reach the waterfront. The New England Aquarium will be straight ahead at 1 Central Wharf.

Make your way to the Lowell MBTA station. Board the commuter rail on the Lowell Line towards North Station in Boston. The journey takes around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at North Station, exit and head towards the Haymarket area. Walk towards the waterfront, following the signs towards the New England Aquarium, located at 1 Central Wharf.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the local bike-share stations in Lowell. Start by heading south on Pawtucket Boulevard towards the Merrimack River. Follow the river paths until you reach the Charles River Greenway. Continue along the bike path until you reach Boston. Once in Boston, follow signs to the waterfront and you will arrive at the New England Aquarium at 1 Central Wharf.
