From the Lowell city center, head southwest on Merrimack Street toward Dutton Street. Continue for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Central Street. Turn left onto Central Street and continue for about 0.2 miles until you reach the Gallagher Terminal bus station. From there, take the MBTA Commuter Rail train towards North Station in Boston. After approximately 30 minutes, you will arrive at North Station. Exit the station and follow signs for the Haymarket subway station. Take the Green Line (C or D train) towards Kenmore. Get off at the Copley station. Exit the station and walk east on Boylston Street for about 0.3 miles. Turn left onto Clarendon Street, and Trinity Church will be on your right at 206 Clarendon St.

From the Lowell city center, walk to the Gallagher Terminal bus station. Board an MBTA bus on route 350, which goes directly to the Alewife station. After about 40 minutes, you will arrive at Alewife. From Alewife, take the Red Line subway towards Ashmont. Change trains at Park Street to the Green Line (C or D train) towards Kenmore. Get off at the Copley station. Once you exit the station, walk east on Boylston Street for about 0.3 miles, then turn left onto Clarendon Street. Trinity Church will be on your right at 206 Clarendon St.
