Walking

If you're starting from the Lowell National Historical Park Visitor Center, head northeast on Dutton Street towards the intersection with Merrimack Street. Continue on Merrimack Street until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Turn left onto Market Street, which will lead you to the train station. From there, take the MBTA train toward Boston and get off at North Station. Transfer to the commuter rail towards Salem. Once you arrive at Salem Station, exit the station and walk southeast on Washington Street towards Essex Street. Continue on Essex Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach Wicked Good Books at 260 Essex St.

Public Transit

From the Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority bus terminal in Lowell, take the bus number 34 towards North Station. Get off at the North Station stop. From there, board the MBTA commuter rail service towards Salem. Once you arrive at the Salem Station, exit and head southeast on Washington Street until you reach Essex Street. Turn right on Essex Street and continue walking for about 0.5 miles until you arrive at Wicked Good Books located at 260 Essex St.

Biking

If you prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a local bike rental shop. Start from the Lowell National Historical Park and head southeast on Dutton Street. Once you reach Merrimack Street, turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with Market Street. Make a right turn onto Market Street, leading you to the train station. Here, you can park your bike securely and board the MBTA train toward Salem. After reaching Salem, bike southeast down Washington Street, then turn right onto Essex Street, proceeding to Wicked Good Books at 260 Essex St.
