Getting There

• Walking

  If you're already in Downtown Lowell, Jack Kerouac Park is a short walk away. Start at the intersection of Merrimack Street and Central Street. Head east on Merrimack Street for about 0.3 miles. As you walk, you'll pass various shops and restaurants, making it a pleasant stroll. Continue until you reach the intersection with Bridge Street. Turn left onto Bridge Street, and in just about 0.1 miles, you’ll find Jack Kerouac Park on your right at 75 Bridge St. The park is located next to the Merrimack River.

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing stations in Downtown Lowell. Start by heading to the nearest bike station to your location. Once you have a bike, head east on Merrimack Street for approximately 0.3 miles, then turn left onto Bridge Street.
