From any location in Martha's Vineyard, you can take the Martha's Vineyard Regional Transit Authority (VTA) bus to reach Edgartown. Board the VTA bus route 1 or 2, which will take you to the Edgartown town center. Make sure to check the current bus schedule for accurate times. Once you arrive in Edgartown, get off at the Edgartown Town Hall stop.

After getting off at the Edgartown Town Hall stop, head east on Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Dike Road. Turn left onto Dike Road and walk for about 1.5 miles. You will pass through scenic views of Edgartown. As you approach Wasque Point, you will see signs marking the entrance to the Wasque Point Wildlife Management Area on your left.

After renting your bike, follow the same route as if you were walking: head east on Main Street, turn left onto Dike Road, and continue cycling for about 1.5 miles.
